Guests also had the opportunity to bid, as always, on silent and live auctions featuring great prizes.

For 19 years, Montréal Passion Vin has been a reference for all wine enthusiasts. The success and renown of such an event relies on the generosity and commitment of many people. Thanks to the great family of the Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont Foundation (participants, volunteers, partners, winemakers) who answered the call, this year is no exception to the rule. We can only rejoice in this outpouring of generosity and solidarity.said Pierre Nelis, Chairman of the Board, HMR Foundation

Standing together in partnership and solidarity

The HMR Foundation warmly thanks its presenting partner, the SAQ, and its major donor partner, the National Bank – Private Banking 1859.

Once again this year, and especially under the current circumstances, the SAQ was eager to support Montréal Passion Vin by continuing to put its passion for wine and its many contacts at the service of such a worthy cause. Knowing that the Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont has been on the front line since the beginning of the pandemic and that health related needs keep on increasing, it was only natural for us to continue to stand in solidarity with the Foundation and to give the Hospital the means to achieve its mission.Catherine Dagenais, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Société des alcools du Québec.

It should be noted that the benefit event is organized by a committee of leading people from the business community chaired by Jean-Philippe Beauvais, Vice-President Operations, Plaisirs Gastronomiques, alongside the HMR Foundation. For this year’s edition, and as is the tradition, the HMR Foundation was honoured with the presence, through a video link, of representatives from the following wine houses: Veuve Clicquot, represented by its cellar master, Didier Mariotti; Louis-Latour, by Louis-Fabrice Latour; Marchesi Antinori, by Alessia Antinori, vice-president of Marchesi Antinori and the Château de Beaucastel, represented by Thomas Perrin, the man who is leading the winery today.
