The Future Integrated Cancer Centre Will Be Named after Sandra and Alain Bouchard in Recognition of the Couple’s Immense Generosity

“We were very moved by Matthew Schreindorfer’s story and his campaign to facilitate access to immunotherapy treatments in Quebec. We believe it is important to give and support research into cellular therapy to treat cancer at the Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont. We must support our institutions. A responsibility that is so dear to the hearts of Sandra and Alain Bouchard that they made an extraordinary donation of $3 million through their foundation. This exceptional contribution helped meet the $12 million objective set out for the creation of the future Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont Integrated Cancer Centre. A true “beacon of hope” for the numerous patients who will benefit from medical advancements in the field. In honour of this exemplary donation, the HMR Foundation announced that the future centre will be named the Sandra and Alain Bouchard Integrated Cancer Centre.
